Tuition alone does not cover the cost of a Â鶹´«Ã½ education, and that is by design. It is a core tenet of our founders. Our school supplements the full cost of education in order to remain accessible to all families. In addition, we are committed to ensuring a strong financial aid program, annually providing more than $4,000,000 in aid that supports more than 30% of the student body. Through financial aid and the tuition supplement, Â鶹´«Ã½ is able to provide a rigorous education and maintain its commitment to being a diverse representation of gifted learners from every corner of New York City and beyond.

The generosity of our community helps keep the School strong and shows others — including foundations — that our families, employees, and alumni truly believe in Â鶹´«Ã½. We currently have 99% participation from our current parents. This is an unheard of accomplishment in the independent school world, as the average parent participation at NAIS schools is 66%.
