Dragon Dispatch: Spring Season Wrap Up!

JV Track Ends the Season with Energy, Teamwork, and Smiles! 

After preparing all season for their final track meet, Âé¶¹´«Ã½â€™s JV team arrived ready, excited, and determined — despite the constant rain! Students competed in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 4x100m relay, and 4x200m relay events, giving their all in every race!

Dean K-M. raced to an outstanding second place finish in the boys 200m, while Arrietty L. powered through the girls 800m to earn an impressive second place finish as well. The boys 4x100m relay team also had a strong showing, placing fourth overall! Our Dragons’ hard work, perseverance, and sportsmanship were on full display throughout the meet! WAHOO!

We are so proud of the entire JV team for coming to practice each week ready to improve and push themselves. We also want to thank Coach Koralewski, Coach Maria Fernanda, and Coach Verost for all they did this season! GO DRAGONS!!

Varsity Track Ends the Season with Hard Work,

In their final track meet, Âé¶¹´«Ã½ returned home with an impressive collection of Gold and Bronze medals!

Eki E. had an incredible race placing first in the girls’ 100m, and was joined by teammate Francesca G. tying for first in the girls’ 200m! The girls relay team demonstrated outstanding teamwork and determination leading them to another first place finish! Aile H. sprinted away with Gold in the girls’ 400m, leaving little opportunity for the competition to catch up!

The boys also delivered strong performances, with the relay team of Ari K., Oliver F., Willem S., and Lloyd D. earning Bronze with a determined team effort. Lloyd D. also brought home Bronze medals in both the boys’ 400m and 800m, and Ari K. earning Bronze in the boys’ 200m. 

Every athlete gave their best effort, and their dedication showed not only in their results, but in the energy, encouragement, and team spirit that filled the meet from start to finish.

We wanted to thank Coach Koralewski and Coach Roscoe for all their hard work this season. We also want to thank the student athletes for coming to practice each week and working on their running skills. GO DRAGONS!
